The 1st and 3rd Session of the First Members' Congress of Hunan Amusement Park Association, along with the 2024 Annual Meeting, was successfully held at Wanjiali International Convention & Exhibition Center (Wanjiali International Shopping Plaza, 9th Floor).
This conference is hosted by the Hunan Amusement Park Association, with co-organization by Hongwei International Exhibition Group and Baodian Digital. Chen Weihong, Senior Researcher at the Market Management Division of the Hunan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism; Liu Jinhua, President of the China Cultural Entertainment Industry Association; Kong Ming, Secretary-General of the China Cultural Entertainment Industry Association; representatives from member enterprises of the Game Branch and Amusement Equipment Special Committee of the China Cultural Entertainment Industry Association; amusement enterprise representatives from outside the province; and manufacturer representatives—over 530 attendees gathered to celebrate this grand event.
Association President Zhang Qingchun delivered the opening remarks. He warmly welcomed all attending leaders, guests, industry peers, and representatives of member enterprises. He affirmed that the Association will be guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, lead with Party building, and fully fulfill its functions of "service, supervision, management, and coordination." The Association is committed to creating new achievements in its work, promoting high-quality development of the amusement industry, and guiding more members and brands to expand nationwide and globally.
Chen Weihong, a Level-2 Researcher from the Market Management Division of the Hunan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, attended and delivered an opening address. He stated that 2025 is a pivotal year for boosting domestic demand and stimulating consumption across China. He called on the province's amusement industry to balance development with safety, aiming to drive high-quality growth in the theme park sector by achieving new momentum, making significant leaps, and securing tangible progress.
Kong Ming, Secretary-General of the China Culture and Entertainment Industry Association, delivered a speech expressing his expectation that the Hunan Association will uphold the banner of "revitalizing cultural tourism, promoting standardization, nurturing new talent, and prioritizing service," deepen brand building, strengthen industry self-discipline, and stimulate industry vitality to contribute more to the prosperity and development of Hunan's amusement market. The China Culture and Entertainment Industry Association will continue to fully support all initiatives of the Hunan Amusement Park Association, provide enhanced business guidance, deepen exchanges and cooperation, and jointly promote the healthy development of the national amusement industry.
Subsequently, Hu Yuhua, Executive President of Hongwei Exhibition Group; Lin Changdong, Secretary-General of the Amusement Special Committee of the China Culture and Entertainment Industry Association; Zhang Chao, Founder of Baodian Digital; and Yang Changhui, General Manager of Hunan Daipeng Gift Co., Ltd. (a member company representative), took the stage in succession to express their appreciation for the Hunan Association's work and their expectations for the future.
Shi Wanliang, Secretary-General of the Hunan Amusement Park Association, presented this year's work summary and next year's strategic plan to the conference, clearly outlining key initiatives with supporting data.
During the dinner segment, the following leaders from the Hunan Amusement Park Association joined the toast ceremony: Zhang Qingchun (President, Zhongyi Amusement), Shi Wanliang (Secretary-General, Ziyang Alliance), Liu Yongjun (Party Branch Secretary, Xingcheng Zhanji), 1 Captain Wen Yan (Vice President), Yang Changhui (Vice President, Daipeng Gifts), and Guo Tusheng (Vice President, Tongmeng Amusement).
